The hardwood floors throughout the room added a nice touch. The air conditioning system kept the room at a perfect temperature.

Lower-level rooms have direct line-of-sight from balconies, which could be awkward for solo travelers wanting privacy. Internet connectivity issues left us without TV or internet for a substantial part of the stay. A lack of on-site dining options left us trudging through icy conditions to find food, less than ideal.

Location: the hotel was near the numerous parks in Springfield. The staff was amiable, with nice attitude.

I loved staying here. The hotel was located close enough to the numerous parks as well as Springfield. The best part were the affable and outstandingly accommodating staff. My room was comfortable with a microwave and a refrigerator. There was a bath too. The location was strategic in the middle of jackson.

Exploring Springfield was easy. On the downside, parking was rather cramped, which could be a hassle during busy times. The room layout was a bit unexpected, and I wished for a surface to work on instead of just the bed. Still, I had a pleasant interaction with the owner, who was cute and helped create a friendly atmosphere.

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for 1 night. Supernice and neat! The fridge and microwave in the room were so handy. I loved how quiet it was. Perfect for a family. The owners seemed really nice and helpful, made checking in smooth. Only thing was the parking-it was a bit tight. But overall, great experience!
